Free welding QC tools.
Small tools for the paperwork side of welding: continuity, fillet size, base metal groups and WPS templates. None of them need a card, and none of them call an AI model. The values come from the AWS D1.1:2025 rule library behind the WPS editor.

§ 01
Minimum fillet weld size.
Pick the thickness of the parts joined and the process. The result comes from AWS D1.1:2025 Table 7.7. For the full rules, including when the thicker part governs, see fillet weld joint coverage.
§ 02
Base metal group lookup.
Check whether a steel is a prequalified base metal under AWS D1.1:2025 Table 5.6 and which group it falls in. A steel that is not listed needs a WPS qualified by test, with a PQR. More in base metal identification.
